Factum Aerial is a drone imaging and data business based in Newcastle. We plan each flight, capture what the job needs and deliver files that are ready to use.
We photograph, film, map and inspect from the air for property, construction, asset and event work in Newcastle and the Hunter. Each job is scoped, quoted, flown and delivered by Factum Aerial.
Factum Aerial is the aerial arm of the Factum group, alongside Factum Investigations, licensed private investigators based in Newcastle. The name comes from the Latin factum, a thing done. It is the measure we hold our work to.

Planned
Every job starts with a short conversation about what is needed and where. We then plan the flight around the site, the brief and the conditions on the day.
Accurate
We capture what the brief calls for, from positions chosen to show it clearly. Where a series is needed, we return to the same positions so each set compares with the last.
Delivered
Files are edited, named and supplied in the format agreed at the quote. Stills are typically delivered within two business days; video within five.
Credentials
Flown by licensed pilots.
Our pilots hold remote pilot licences issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Airspace and weather are checked before every flight, and the job is planned around what those checks allow.
